Enrollment Information and Payment Policy

for the following classes when hosted by Carol Schultz
(held in Plainfield, IL or other locations).

Enrollment Information for Teleclasses   

The number of participants is limited based on space.  Size of classes vary based on topic and instructor.  Pre-registration with full payment of the course fee is required to reserve your space in any teleclass module.  All classes will be digitally recorded.  

All registration and payment is to be done via the online shopping cart on this website.   Payment options include electronic check, credit card, or Paypal.  Payment via electronic check (your bank draft information is submitted when checking out) is preferred. 

The tuition for each teleclass is noted on the course listing and in the shopping cart, and it is non-tranferable/non-refundable, so please double-check your calendar and your class selection(s).  The tuition covers your participation in the call, a call-in number and password to access the call (information e-mailed to you the Friday prior to the class), all electronically downloaded handouts available from the instructor, and on line digital audio access of the class recording following the class. 

(Please note that this section above specifically does not apply to the Level 2 Animal Communication teleclass.  Refer to the section at the bottom of this page instead for Level 2 AC.)

The number of participants is limited based on space.  Pre-registration with full payment of the course fee is required to reserve your space in the course.

Book/DVD orders will be mailed upon receipt of payment, or receipt of registration if they are included with the double workshop registration.

Information letters and directions will be mailed to registrants 15 days prior to the class.  Cancellations received 15 or more days prior to the event will be refunded in full less a $50 handling fee for each class.  Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event are not refundable.

Enrollment Information for Levels 2 and 4 Animal Communication
at all locations (and telecourse formats) sponsored by Carol Schultz, LLC:

The number of participants is limited to allow for questions and difficulties to be individually addressed.  Pre-registration with a minimum deposit of 50% of the course fee is required to reserve your space in the Levels 2 and 4 courses.  Full payment is due 4 weeks in advance for in-person courses, and 2 weeks in advance for telecourses.  Course fees increase by $50 if registration and full payment is delayed past these point. 

All registration and payment is to be done via the online shopping cart on this website.   Payment options include electronic check, credit card, or Paypal.  Payment via electronic check (your bank draft information is submitted when checking out) is preferred.  Payment options also include 50% deposit, balance, or full payment. 

Information letters and directions will be mailed to registrants 15 days prior to the class for in-person courses.  For Level 2 teleclasses, conference call in information and passcodes will be forwarded the Thursday prior to the class start date. 

 

Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to the class will be refunded in full less a $100 handling fee.  Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the class are not refundable, but can be applied towards a future course with Carol Schultz, LLC, less a $100 handling fee.
